White-Label Tokenization Platforms in 2026: What You Can Brand, Own and Control

TL;DR
"White-label tokenization" covers 3 different purchases: a licensed platform, an agency build or an open token standard. They differ most on who holds the code, the keys and the licenses, and a white-label license usually buys software, not regulatory permissions. As of September 2026, DigiShares' first white-label plan costs EUR 35,000 one time plus EUR 950 per month, and Brickken's start at EUR 2,500 per month.
How we evaluated
Our 6 criteria:
- Branded surfaces: which screens carry your brand, or whether you only get an API.
- Code and hosting: who runs the software, and whether on-premise or private chains are offered.
- Keys: who controls issuer keys and which custodians connect.
- Licenses: which regulated roles the provider holds and which you must bring.
- Cost shape: published setup, subscription and license fees.
- Lock-in: the token standard, API and data export that set your exit cost.
Bitbond builds Token Tool and Offering Manager. We included our own products and applied the same criteria to every platform. Facts about other platforms come from their own public materials, linked in the sources, as of September 2026.
The 3 models sold as white-label
Vendors sell 3 different models under the same name, so pick the model before the vendor.
1. License a platform and run it under your brand
The vendor builds, hosts and maintains the software; you brand the screens investors see. It is usually the fastest route, priced as a setup fee plus a subscription (DigiShares) or a monthly plan (Brickken) [7][6]. You depend on the vendor's code and roadmap, and licenses stay with you or your partners unless the vendor holds them [1][2].
2. Commission an agency build
Agencies adapt an existing framework to your brand: Antier sells deployment-ready white-label platforms [8], and Blockchain App Factory a pre-built system that clients rebrand with their own logo and domain [9]. They are examples of the category, not recommendations. Neither page says who owns the source code after delivery, so settle ownership, delivery and maintenance in the contract.
3. Build on an open standard yourself
Open standards carry no license fee, but onboarding, investor records, payments and audits stay with your team.
- ERC-3643 (T-REX): a finalized Ethereum standard that checks eligibility through on-chain identities [10]; Tokeny created it [11].
- ERC-1400: a 2018 draft bundling interfaces for partitions, transfer checks, documents and controller actions [12].
- ERC-1404: a 2018 draft for simple restricted tokens, co-authored by Tokensoft's founders [13][14].
- CMTAT: an open-source framework from the Geneva-based Capital Markets and Technology Association [15][16].
- ERC-7518: Zoniqx's proposal built on ERC-1155 partitions, still in peer review [17].
Bitbond's Token Tool deploys ERC-1400 style security tokens with transfer restrictions and allowlisting; our ERC-1400 vs ERC-3643 comparison explains the difference.
The trade-offs side by side
| Licensed platform | Agency build | Open standard | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Time to market | Usually fastest: the product exists | Slower: build, test, audit | Slowest: you build every layer |
| Who holds the code | The vendor | You, if the contract assigns it | You |
| Who holds the keys | Depends; many connect your custodian | You, via your chosen custody | You |
| Who carries the licenses | You or partners, unless the vendor holds them | You or partners | You or partners |
| Lock-in | Vendor code; open token standards ease exit | Agency know-how | Lowest, but staffing-heavy |
| Cost shape | Setup fee plus subscription | Project fee plus maintenance | Engineering, audits, hosting |
For keys, see our guide to digital asset custody providers.
Best for a complete branded issuer and investor platform
Tokeny
Best for: banks and fund managers that want branded issuer and investor apps on ERC-3643.
Luxembourg-based Tokeny sells the T-REX Platform, which it calls a white-label turnkey solution, and the API-based T-REX Engine [3][5]. Apex Group took a majority stake in May 2025, with 100% control to follow over 3 years [11].
- What you can brand: an issuer Servicing App and an Investor App, or APIs only [3][5].
- Standards and chains: ERC-3643 on any EVM chain [3].
- Regulatory footprint: part of Apex Group, a global financial services provider [3].
- Notable deployments: Fasanara's FAST money market fund token on Polygon PoS (January 2025), with Apex Group as administrator using Tokeny's platform for transfer agency [18].
- Consider it if: you want a full branded stack on ERC-3643.
- Look elsewhere if: you want a self-serve start at published prices.
DigiShares
Best for: real estate and private-market platforms that want a white-label investor portal at published prices.
DigiShares A/S sells business-to-business software for KYC, e-signing, token minting, cap tables, distributions and peer-to-peer trading [1]. It publishes prices for 3 plan tiers [7].
- What you can brand: the Standard plan adds white-label branding and dashboard customization for EUR 35,000 one time plus EUR 950 per month; Advanced adds API access from EUR 50,000 plus EUR 1,500 per month [7].
- Standards and chains: Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Smart Chain, Fantom and Polymesh [1].
- Regulatory footprint: states that it does not organize trading, act as an investment intermediary, provide investment services around financial instruments, issue financial instruments or process payments [1].
- Notable deployments: Paydas adopted the platform for rental real estate (May 27, 2026) [19].
- Consider it if: you want a branded portal with a known budget.
- Look elsewhere if: you need the provider itself to hold a license [1].
Brickken
Best for: firms that want to run and resell tokenization under their own brand on a subscription.
Brickken sells issuer plans from EUR 299 per month, white-label plans from EUR 2,500 and headless API plans from EUR 2,000 per month, each via a demo request [6]. Its white-label tiers include the right to resell the platform [6].
- What you can brand: the investor portal, admin panel, marketplace and custom domain on every white-label tier; API access from Premium; on-premise only as a Custom-tier add-on [20][6].
- Standards and chains: chains such as Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Base and Polygon [21].
- Regulatory footprint: lists ISO 27001, 27701 and 27018 certifications and the EU Blockchain Sandbox among its credentials [21].
- Notable deployments: MANTRA, XDC and BNB Chain, named as white-label clients on its site in September 2026 [20].
- Consider it if: you plan to offer tokenization to your own clients.
- Look elsewhere if: you need on-premise deployment without a custom contract [6].
Best for branding the investor journey on your own stack
Bitbond
Best for: issuers and platforms that want a branded investor checkout and API-driven issuance behind their own legal setup.
Bitbond, founded in 2013 in Berlin, builds Offering Manager, which runs primary token offerings end to end (investor onboarding with KYC, a white-label checkout, multi-rail payments and document management), and Token Tool. Token Tool creates and manages tokens without code on 11 public blockchains.
- What you can brand: the checkout, where investors sign up, complete KYC and order, with your logo, colors, fonts and domain on paid plans; the free plan shows "Powered by Bitbond" [4][22]. Token Tool's enterprise flat license includes API access, a dedicated contract and an SLA [23].
- Standards and chains: ERC-1400 style security tokens with transfer restrictions and allowlisting on 8 EVM chains and Stellar, plus EVM-compatible private chains on enterprise [23]. Custody integrations: Fireblocks and Safe.
- Regulatory footprint: software only; licensed roles come from counsel and licensed partners.
- Notable deployments: Bitbond issued BB1 in 2019, the first BaFin-approved security token bond. Customers include ABN AMRO and Raiffeisen Bank International.
- Pricing: Offering Manager has a free plan, and Professional costs EUR 299 per month billed annually [22].
- Consider it if: your legal structure and licensed partners are in place.
- Look elsewhere if: you need secondary trading or a licensed intermediary from the same provider.
Zoniqx
Best for: banks, fund administrators and marketplaces that want tokenization modules inside an existing portal.
Zoniqx sells z360 for issuance and lifecycle operations and zConnect for distribution to broker-dealers, RIAs and wealth platforms [2][24]. It calls itself neutral infrastructure for tokenized private markets [2].
- What you can brand: a white-label z360 rollout, or modules embedded in your portal through APIs and an SDK [2].
- Standards and chains: ERC-7518 and ERC-3643; it claims 14+ live blockchains and names the XRP Ledger, Hedera and Polygon among its ecosystem networks [24].
- Regulatory footprint: states that it is not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser or transfer agent [2].
- Notable deployments: 20+ live issuances and $5.1B of assets on its infrastructure, per its site in September 2026 [24].
- Consider it if: you want issuance and distribution inside your own portal.
- Look elsewhere if: you need the provider itself to hold a license [2].
Best for white-label from a licensed operator
ADDX
Best for: financial institutions that want their own tokenized investment platform on a MAS-licensed operator's technology.
ADDX runs a digital investment platform for accredited investors and, in March 2026, announced a white-label engagement with Tokai Tokyo Securities [25]. Its shareholders include Tokai Tokyo Financial Holdings, per the release [25].
- What you can brand: a cloud-native platform that institutions deploy as their own, covering tokenization, custody, issuance workflows and lifecycle management [25].
- Standards and chains: not named in the release [25].
- Regulatory footprint: a MAS-approved recognised market operator, licensed to deal in securities and collective investment schemes and to provide custody [25].
- Notable deployments: the Tokai Tokyo Securities engagement (March 5, 2026) [25].
- Consider it if: you want white-label technology from a regulated venue operator.
- Look elsewhere if: you need a documented token standard before you engage [25].
InvestaX
Best for: companies that want to launch token projects under their brand with a partner that supplies Singapore licenses.
InvestaX, operated by IC SG Pte. Ltd., runs a MAS-licensed tokenization platform and describes a white-label solution that comes with "the necessary licenses" [26][27]. Its homepage also offers RWA yield vaults to fintechs [26].
- What you can brand: not itemized; it cites white-label work for a private bank client, so ask to see the branded investor flow [27].
- Standards and chains: not named in the sources we used.
- Regulatory footprint: MAS lists IC SG Pte. Ltd. as a capital markets services licensee, an exempt financial adviser and a recognised market operator [28].
- Notable deployments: live offerings such as GetSolar AssetCo Series 1, per its site in September 2026 [26].
- Consider it if: you want the operator to supply the licensed roles.
- Look elsewhere if: you want to hold the licenses yourself.
Best for banks that run the software and hold the keys
Taurus
Best for: banks that want to run tokenization and custody themselves and keep control of their keys.
Taurus-CAPITAL is the platform banks use to issue and service tokenized securities and digital currencies, integrated with Taurus-PROTECT custody [29]. Taurus also offers trading and collateral management on the same platform [29].
- What you can brand: not described as white-label; banks run it as their own infrastructure, with full private key sovereignty, per Taurus [29].
- Standards and chains: CMTAT, ERC-3643, ERC-1400, SPL and more on 35+ chains, including Ethereum, Stellar, Solana, Hedera and permissioned Canton [29].
- Regulatory footprint: Taurus SA is authorized by FINMA, and Taurus (Europe) Ltd by CySEC under license no 465/26 [29].
- Notable deployments: State Street agreed to use Taurus-CAPITAL, Taurus-PROTECT and Taurus-EXPLORER (August 20, 2024), with its custody offering subject to regulatory approval [30].
- Consider it if: you must run the stack in-house.
- Look elsewhere if: you want a ready-made investor portal to rebrand.
Best when you want the licenses included instead
Securitize
Best for: asset managers that would rather use a provider's licensed entities than run a branded platform.
Securitize, listed on the NYSE as SECZ since July 2, 2026, tokenizes funds and securities through its own regulated affiliates [31]. The materials we reviewed describe no white-label product [32].
- What you can brand: nothing described; its own entities run issuance and distribution [32].
- Standards and chains: its DS Protocol, on 15+ chains including Avalanche, Ethereum, Polygon and Solana [33][32].
- Regulatory footprint: US affiliates registered with the SEC as a broker-dealer operating an ATS, a transfer agent and an investment adviser, and an EU investment firm operating a DLT Pilot Regime trading and settlement system [31].
- Notable deployments: total AUM of $4.3 billion as of June 30, 2026; Computershare and Continental Stock Transfer & Trust selected it for tokenization [31].
- Consider it if: you want one provider to carry the regulated roles.
- Look elsewhere if: your own brand must front the investor journey.

How to choose
- If you need a complete branded platform fast, shortlist Tokeny, DigiShares and Brickken.
- If you already run an investor portal, shortlist the API routes: Tokeny's T-REX Engine, Zoniqx z360, Brickken's API plans or Bitbond Token Tool's enterprise license.
- If only the subscription journey needs your brand, shortlist Bitbond Offering Manager's white-label checkout.
- If you want a partner that holds licenses itself, shortlist InvestaX or ADDX, or Securitize if you can do without white-label.
- If you are a bank that must run the software and hold the keys, shortlist Taurus.
- If you want to own the code, shortlist an agency build or an open standard, and contract for source code and IP up front.

FAQ
What is a white-label tokenization platform?
A white-label tokenization platform is software for issuing and managing tokenized assets that a firm runs under its own brand. The branded part can be full issuer and investor apps, an investor checkout, or nothing visible when the product is an API. The vendor usually keeps the code; the buyer keeps the licensing duties.
Does a white-label tokenization platform include the licenses I need?
Usually not. DigiShares states that it does not act as an investment intermediary, and Zoniqx that it is not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser or transfer agent [1][2]. Those roles come from you or licensed partners. InvestaX in Singapore is an exception, pairing white-label work with its own MAS licenses [27][28].
How much does a white-label tokenization platform cost?
As of September 2026, DigiShares' white-label Standard plan costs EUR 35,000 one time plus EUR 950 per month, and Brickken's white-label plans start at EUR 2,500 per month [7][6]. Bitbond Offering Manager, which white-labels the investor checkout, has a free plan and a Professional plan at EUR 299 per month billed annually [22].
Can we switch white-label providers without reissuing our tokens?
It depends on who controls the token contract and its admin roles. Tokens on a public chain under an open standard such as ERC-3643 or ERC-1400 stay on-chain when a vendor contract ends, but servicing them needs the admin keys, investor records and eligibility data. Settle custody, data export and contract ownership before issuance.
Does Securitize offer a white-label platform?
The Securitize materials we reviewed in September 2026 describe no white-label product [32]. Securitize works through its own regulated affiliates: in the US, SEC-registered as a broker-dealer operating an ATS, a transfer agent and an investment adviser; in the EU, an investment firm operating a DLT Pilot Regime trading and settlement system [31].
