TL;DR
Vesting tools split into Solana-native (Streamflow, Smithii) and EVM-first (Sablier, Hedgey, Unvest, PinkSale), and three span both: Team Finance, UNCX and Bitbond Token Tool. Most vesting contracts are immutable and non-cancelable once deployed. Fees run from free (Hedgey) to a flat one-time charge (Bitbond, Team Finance, Smithii) to a percentage of tokens vested (UNCX, Streamflow).
How we evaluated
We compared each platform on 6 things: chains supported, vesting schedule types (cliff, linear, custom or milestone-based unlocks), whether the recipient or issuer can cancel a schedule once it is live, audit status, published fees, and whether it also handles token creation, airdrops and liquidity locks.
Bitbond builds Token Tool and Offering Manager. We included our own products and applied the same criteria to every platform. Facts about other platforms come from their own public materials, linked in the sources, as of September 2026.
None of the tools below are regulated custodians, broker-dealers or law firms, and a vesting contract is not a compliance product: it enforces a release schedule on chain. Whether a token offering is legally compliant depends on the issuer's own structure and counsel, not on which vesting tool it uses.
We also looked at Magna. Payward, Kraken's parent, acquired it on February 18, 2026 [1], and Magna says it keeps operating under its own brand [2], but we left it out of a "best of" list given the recent ownership change.
Best for multi-chain issuers who also want no-code token creation
Bitbond Token Tool
Best for: teams that want token creation and vesting or lockers in the same no-code dashboard, on 8 EVM chains plus Stellar.
Token Tool is Bitbond's no-code smart contract suite. Creation covers 11 chains, but its dedicated vesting and locker products are narrower: live on 8 EVM chains (Ethereum, Base, BNB Smart Chain, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, Avalanche, peaq) plus Stellar, not Solana or XRPL [3]. EVM vesting offers a cliff plus linear release and is immutable once deployed; the EVM locker holds ERC-20 or LP tokens the same way [4][5]. Stellar adds stepped schedules (daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly) and optional issuer-set cancellation, returning the unvested remainder if cancelled [6]; its locker can only be extended, never shortened [7].
Vesting costs $99, the locker $39, airdrops $1 per recipient, or an enterprise flat license [8]. Contracts are audited by CertiK and AuditOne. Token Tool also handles creation, sales, airdrops, multisend and delivery versus payment. Example: a five year, 1.3 billion STPN token lockup on Polygon for Internset DAO, running to December 2029 [9].
Consider it if you want creation, vesting, lockers and airdrops in one dashboard. Look elsewhere for a cancelable EVM schedule, or for Solana or XRPL vesting.
Team Finance
Best for: issuers who want the widest chain list for a lock or vesting contract.
team.finance is a token, liquidity and NFT locking platform with a vesting product, live on 30+ chains per its own homepage, including Robinhood Chain, PulseChain, Tezos and Casper alongside Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Avalanche, Polygon, Base and Arbitrum [10]. Its vesting pages describe a customizable cadence without naming cliff, linear or stepped types individually. An "Employee vesting" option can be ended early by the issuer, who reclaims the unvested remainder; other vesting types run to term [11].
The Starter plan charges per service ($150 for a lock, vesting or staking setup on Ethereum, $100 for an airdrop), or Pro at $208 a month billed annually ($2,500/yr) for unlimited use; testnets are free [12]. Contracts are "double audited" by CertiK, Hacken and BailSec [11]. It also offers creation, airdrops and liquidity or NFT locks (self-reported $498M+ TVL, 40,000+ customers [10]).
Consider it for a chain few competitors support. Look elsewhere for a public breakdown of its schedule types.
Best for Solana-native teams
Streamflow
Best for: Solana teams that want the most schedule shapes to choose from.
Streamflow is Solana-only: "Streamflow supports Solana for all token distribution services, including vesting, token locks, airdrops, staking, payouts, and escrow" [13]. It supports linear, cliff, graded, milestone-based, price-based and fully custom-interval vesting [14]. A contract can be created with cancellation enabled, through a separate "Cancel Contract" flow [15].
Creating a vesting contract costs 0.16 SOL plus a 0.19% token fee; a lock costs 0.16 SOL plus 0.5%. Plans start at $199/mo (Starter) and $499/mo (Business) [16]. Contracts are audited by FYEO and OPCODES [14]. Streamflow also offers airdrops, locks and token minting (self-reported $365M+ TVL, 1.3M+ users, 40,000+ projects [13]).
Consider it for Solana milestone or price-based unlocks. Look elsewhere for any EVM chain; Streamflow doesn't support one.
Smithii
Best for: Solana launch teams that want vesting alongside creation, liquidity and other launch tools in one toolkit.
Smithii is a no-code toolkit built first for Solana, extending to Ethereum, BNB Chain, Base, Polygon, Arbitrum, Avalanche and Sui [17]. Vesting is documented in most depth for Solana: a single unlock date or multiple cliff-based releases, no continuous linear option, and no early withdrawal for any schedule [18].
Solana vesting costs a flat 0.3 SOL regardless of amount or complexity [18]. Contracts are audited by Halborn and CoinFabrik; Halborn's Solana vesting audit (March to April 2025) covered 12 files, found no critical or high severity issues, and its one medium and one low finding were resolved by April 22, 2025 [19].
Consider it for a single Solana toolkit covering creation, liquidity and vesting. Look elsewhere for a continuously streaming linear schedule.
Best for maximum schedule flexibility on EVM chains
Sablier
Best for: EVM teams that want the most customizable unlock curve without token creation bundled in.
Sablier, live since 2019, runs on 24 EVM chains (Ethereum, Arbitrum, Polygon, Optimism, Base, Avalanche and more), with no Solana [20]. It supports linear vesting with or without a cliff, release in tranches, and fully custom curves via its LockupDynamic model [20]. Cancellation and transferability controls are set by the issuer at creation [20].
There is no fee to create a stream; recent contracts charge about $0.99 per withdrawal and up to $1.99 to claim an airdrop [21]. Sablier says it has never been hacked in over 5 years live, and lists audits from Cantina, Cyfrin CodeHawks and other named auditors [20]. It also runs a separate airdrop product [22], but offers no token creation or liquidity locking.
Consider it for the widest EVM curve choice. Look elsewhere for Solana support or bundled token creation.
Hedgey
Best for: EVM teams that want free vesting and lockups with voting rights preserved on locked tokens.
Hedgey offers "free onchain token vesting, investor lockups and distributions," on most Ethereum and EVM networks (Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, Blast, Gnosis, Evmos, Polygon, Avalanche, Celo, OKXChain, Boba, Fantom), with no Solana [23]. Schedules are "totally customizable," with cliff dates and post-vesting lockups, and locked or vesting tokens can retain governance voting rights [23]. Cancellation terms aren't published.
Core tools are described as free beyond network gas; contracts are audited by Consensys Diligence [23]. Hedgey does not offer token creation, airdrops or liquidity locking; it focuses on vesting, lockups, grants and distributions.
Consider it for free EVM vesting where locked tokens should still vote. Look elsewhere for Solana support or a published cancellation policy.
Best for vesting bundled with a token launch
PinkSale
Best for: projects that want team and presale-investor vesting bundled into the same flow as their token sale.
PinkSale is a launchpad for fair launches and presales. Its PinkLock product also handles team vesting and liquidity locking, free on BSC, Ethereum, Robinhood, Base, X-Layer, Polygon, Avalanche, Arbitrum, Core, Pulse, Cronos, Zeta and Bitrock; Solana carries a 1 SOL fee [24]. Team Vesting uses a token generation event unlock percentage plus cyclical releases, and is immutable once the lock transaction is created, so it cannot be cancelled after the fact [25].
Team and Presale Vesting fees aren't published. PinkSale runs an audit-partner marketplace (CertiK, PeckShield and others) for projects that launch through it [26]; we found no published independent audit of PinkLock's own contracts. It also offers creation, presales and liquidity locking.
Consider it if your vesting is tied to a launch you are already running there. Look elsewhere for a cancelable schedule.
Unvest
Best for: teams that want to start free and pay only once they outgrow the free tier.
Unvest is an open, multi-chain vesting protocol built around a free entry tier, listing Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Chain, Arbitrum, Blast, Optimism, Avalanche and Base, with more referenced but not itemized [27]. It supports cliffs, linear vesting, milestone-based unlocks and an AI tool for custom schedules [27]. Vesting rounds are "permanent and cannot be undone, hidden, or deleted," with no early cancellation [28].
The Free plan covers 1 round for up to 200 recipients plus unlimited liquidity locks, a token minter and a multisender, all free. Paid Pro, Enterprise and White Label tiers add recipients, rounds and branding removal, but exact prices aren't published; contact is required [29]. Audit badges are shown but no specific firm is named.
Consider it to test real vesting and locks at zero cost. Look elsewhere for a cancelable schedule.
Best for a long-established locker brand
UNCX
Best for: teams that want vesting and liquidity lockers from an established locker brand, on both an EVM chain and Solana.
UNCX Network runs liquidity lockers and vesting across Ethereum, Base, BSC, Robinhood, Unichain, Avalanche, Polygon, Optimism, Telos, Arbitrum One and SEI, plus Solana [30]. Its Solana app tags schedules "Time lock" and "Linear" [31]; EVM schedule-type naming is not broken out on the pages we checked. An issuer can enable "Stop Vesting," "Transfer Vesting" or "Top up Vesting," but only if switched on at creation; none is available by default [32].
Vesting costs 0.1% of vested tokens on most EVM chains plus a chain-specific base fee (for example 0.05 ETH on Ethereum and Base), Solana is 0.5 SOL plus 0.1%, and SEI is free [30]. CertiK has audited UNCX's contracts under its earlier Unicrypt name [33]. It also offers a token minter and staking; its live Solana vesting dashboard showed $191.3 million in tracked value when we checked it [31].
Consider it for one provider spanning an EVM chain and Solana. Look elsewhere for a flat fee or default cancellation.

How to choose
- Token on Solana only: shortlist Streamflow or Smithii; Sablier and Hedgey don't support that chain.
- Need the most flexible EVM unlock curve and can handle creation separately: shortlist Sablier or Hedgey.
- Want creation and vesting from one dashboard across EVM chains plus a non-EVM chain: shortlist Bitbond Token Tool, or Team Finance for a wider raw chain count.
- Need a chain few competitors support: check Team Finance's full list before assuming it's missing.
- Already running a presale: PinkSale or Unvest add vesting to the same flow instead of a second tool.
- Cancelable schedule matters: get it in writing first. Most tools ship immutable contracts by default; where cancellation exists, it's usually something the issuer switches on at creation, not something added later.
FAQ
What is token vesting, and why use a dedicated tool instead of a custom smart contract? Token vesting releases tokens to a recipient over time instead of all at once, aligning team, investor or treasury incentives with a project's progress. A dedicated tool gives you an audited, tested contract with a user interface, instead of custom code for every schedule.
What's the difference between a vesting tool and a token locker? A locker holds tokens until one unlock date, all or nothing. A vesting tool releases tokens gradually: a cliff, a linear schedule, or a custom curve. Bitbond Token Tool, Team Finance, PinkSale and UNCX all offer both as separate products.
Can a vesting schedule be cancelled once it's live? Usually not. Most tools here deploy immutable, non-cancelable contracts by default. A few let the issuer switch on cancellation when they create the schedule, including Bitbond's Stellar vesting, UNCX's "Stop Vesting" option and Team Finance's employee vesting. Confirm this before you deploy, not after.
How much does a token vesting tool cost? It varies by model. Some charge a flat fee per contract (Bitbond's $99 vesting collection, Team Finance's $150 setup, Smithii's 0.3 SOL). Others charge a percentage of tokens vested (UNCX's 0.1%, Streamflow's 0.19%). Hedgey and Unvest's entry tier are free, but not every provider publishes its fees.
Are token vesting smart contracts audited? Most publish at least one audit: Bitbond cites CertiK and AuditOne, Team Finance cites CertiK, Hacken and BailSec, Sablier cites Cantina and Cyfrin CodeHawks, Hedgey cites Consensys Diligence, Smithii cites Halborn and CoinFabrik, and UNCX has a CertiK audit under its earlier Unicrypt name. Unvest and PinkSale's own contracts had no named audit on the pages we checked.
Does using an audited vesting tool make a token offering legally compliant? No. An audit checks the smart contract's code for bugs and vulnerabilities. It says nothing about securities law, tax treatment or licensing in any jurisdiction. Legal compliance depends on the issuer's own structure and counsel, not on which vesting or locking tool it uses.
