Bitbond* is the world\u2019s first global blockchain lending platform and the Bitbond STO is Germany\u2019s first Security Token Offering. It\u2019s kind of a big deal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From a legal point of view, the STO is an endeavor undertaken and managed by Bitbond Finance, which is a 100% subsidiary of Bitbond. This means that Bitbond Finance is the issuer of the BB1 token.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, let’s dive into the discounting tiers. Those who are signed up to the Bitbond STO waiting list will get an exclusive early-bird opportunity to invest in the STO 30% discount. As a successful investor, your BB1 tokens will be issued on the Stellar blockchain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is forecast that Bitbond Finance is going to allocate 40% of the funds to investments in SME loans on the Bitbond platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why should this matter?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
