In this week’s interview, we are delighted to talk to Kenneth, owner of the prolific Bargain Arizona eBay store. With 100% seller rating and 688 reviews, he is the ideal person to tell us about selling on eBay and growing a thriving Online business from the ground up. In the interview, he talks about his desire to start selling on Amazon and the role additional funding through Bitbond will play.

B: Do you run a business? If so, what kind of business is it and what should investors know about it?
K: I have an eBay store that I have been running for just over a year. I am currently have 728 items listed. All of my items are drop-shipped from several different distributors. My revenue for my first year was just over $200,000. My goal this year is to source my own products and sell both on eBay and Amazon.
B: How come you ended up starting this business and why have you chosen this particularly niche?
K: I have always wanted to work for myself. Having a full time job and family I was looking for something I could start part-time and
grow the business. This business is perfect because I can run it from anywhere. Recently I was on a cruise vacation to Alaska and was able to continue to fill orders and keep my business going.
B: What do you hope to achieve with your loan and why did you choose Bitbond over a bank?
K: I plan to use my Bitbond loan to source products from China. This will enable me to open my Amazon store and expand my business. I chose Bitbond over a bank simply because banks require a lot of documentation and the process takes too long.
B: What is your favorite feature on Bitbond? What features do you think are missing?
K: I like being able to see who is funding my loan and communicate with them. I feel like this is a community. I can’t wait to give back and be able to help someone else that is starting out.
B: What would you want potential investors to know about your loan?
K: Your money is safe with me!! Even if the business does not go as expected I have the means to pay back this loan. I also plan to help fund others with their ventures.
B: What do you think the future holds for bitcoin? Is it the modern-day equivalent of the internet or will it fall flat on its face?
K: I think a lot of people are fed up with banks and standard currency. I see this as a growing market. I think once more people are aware of what bitcoin it will explode.
B: As a business owner or an employee, does your place of work accept bitcoin? If not, what do are the chances of that changing?
K: My current business is mostly eBay driven. I think it would be advantageous for eBay to add Bitcoin as a payment method.
