Online Video Identification Manager

Requisitos del puesto
- are a student or just finished a university degree in marketing, economics, legal studies or a similar field
- speak English plus one other language (ideally German, French, Italian, Polish or Spanish)
- are interested in customer service, KYC (know your customer) and AML (anti-money laundering) standards
- know how to work with office software and video call software (e.g. Skype, Hangouts etc.)
- have a high attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- have excellent communication skills as well as a professional and customer-oriented personality
- want to learn about compliance, bitcoin / blockchain and innovative financial services
Tareas del puesto
- conduct the online video identification of Bitbond customers (borrowers and lenders)
- check identification documents (e.g. passports or ID cards) for fraud indicators
- document each identification session with a video and audio file
- stay up-to date with German and international anti-money laundering standards
- make improvement suggestions on our current online video identification process
- conduct market research on fraud detection techniques

- make improvement suggestions on the current collection process
- conduct market research on collection techniques
- create content for our online help section
- help us create personal finance related content for our blogs

Requisitos del puesto
- have a background in sales, business administration, communication, PR or a similar field
- are a native speaker of English OR Spanish OR Polish OR German, a second language is a plus
- have first experience in sales, customer acquisition and customer service
- know how to work with Excel / Google Sheets and ideally have first experience with CRM software like Pipedrive
- have a high attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- have excellent communication skills as well as a professional and customer-oriented personality
- love being on the phone and you are passionate about turning potential customers into long-term partners
Tareas del puesto
- be in charge of acquiring new borrowers via phone and email
- proactively follow-up on open leads via phone and email
- generate, maintain and update our CRM database of potential sales leads
- make improvement suggestions on the sales process
- take care of incoming enquiries of new potential borrowers
- follow-up and accompany new borrowers through the onboarding process
